It ain't easy getting to the Top O'the World. Somehow, I don't think it's so-post to be either. There has to be some degree of difficulty, right? After all, if it was easy, everybody and their brother would be going there. Hard work and toil reap a big reward. The View! Oh man, the view..!

Look at the second photo on this page.
That's the toe of a boot in the lower left corner.
So if all four guys are in the picture... who's boot is it?
