These guys always tinker with something when they come up. They made a big sign for Mike who was spending his last weekend as a single man in Maine. ( Congratulations Mike and Robin..! ) They wired and installed some recessed lights out on the porch and the brightest flood light I've ever seen. Plus they dug a shallow trench to bury the piping for the new hot water heater Pete and Bobby rigged up in August.

Thats right. Hot Water!
With an outside shower to boot. So back in August they went up for another work weekend, that I some how missed again. When I took a hot shower after a day of riding in the rain, I was almost starting to feel guilty about making up family events that I have to attend, in order to avoid those work weekends...
But then I had a beer and got over it..!

The kids had some Paint Ball battles through the hills and Bobby got hammered when he went into the out-house. The paint ball guns came out and we all started firing through the little crescent moon opening in the door. All the kids were trying to duck tape the door closed on him, but Ronny came to their aid with a board and a screw gun.

The initiation for Bobby went a little easier after that one and we all enjoyed watching him roll his quad down the mountains. Roll down the mountain as in sideways rolling... wheels up, wheels down, wheels up and down again! I guess technically that would be tumbling down the mountain..! They want to nick name him "Flipper" now. Below is a picture of Bobby practicing his riding in Plymouth, before he went up to Maine, tumbled down the mountian, and became...

Flipper!!

Peter fired off the new Potato Cannon and it works pretty much like the old one.
Some miss-fires and ignition troubles. Of course, he didn't hit any trucks this year.

Steve and Ronny were racing up one of the trails and Steve caught his front wheel in a hole that tossed him over the handlebars in front of Ronny. Ronny ran right over him! There was no where to go. The only thing that could have made that better, was if he had reverse on the bike and backed up to have a look at what he ran over. Steve drove himself to the hospital and got eight stitches. He also ragged on Ronny the rest of the weekend with comments like; "Oh good, Ronny's in the house so it's safe for me to go for a little ride on the quad and I won't be gettin' run over!"

Steve must have gotten a bit bored because he had the kids out lighting fires in the street. This is when they all conceived of the "Mouse House Motorcycle Club" and wrote the initials in gas in the street and lit that on fire too.

When that didn't work out to well, they used sticks soaked in gas.

So here's a bunch of pictures.
Not to sure about a movie this year. I made a little mini movie of these pictures to a sound track, but I havn't been able to get the upload to stick yet. Sunday was so wet we couldn't take the video camera with us so there isn't a whole lot to work with.
Check the Movie Page now and again.
